The work

Authorized lines, and the system around them.

Control4, Savant, MartinLogan, Denon, and Marantz are the brands we are authorized to sell and install. The network, the rack, and the security gear have to work with them or the house does not.

A kitchen with layered lighting and a small wall keypad

Authorized dealer

Control4

New systems and takeovers. Programmed so a guest can turn the room on without a lesson. We also stay on existing Control4 jobs: driver changes, lighting scenes, and rooms that were never finished.

A plaster living room opening onto live oaks, with a small keypad by the doorway

Authorized dealer

Savant

New systems and takeovers. The same rooms, programmed for Savant: a guest turns the room on without a lesson. We also stay on existing Savant jobs — scenes that were never finished, and rooms added after the original install.

A private cinema with a wide screen, dark wood walls, and cream leather seats

Authorized dealer

DenonMarantz

Dedicated theaters and the living-room system that has to look like furniture. We design the electronics, the screen, and the control path together so movie night is one button, not six remotes on the ottoman.

A white MartinLogan Motion floorstanding speaker

Authorized dealer

MartinLogan

A MartinLogan pair only works if the placement, the amplification, and the room agree. We specify the speakers, the electronics behind them, and the two-channel or surround layout, then tune it on site.

A brick Louisiana entry at dusk with lanterns and a discreet door station

Programmed with the house

Security and CCTV

Uniview cameras and NVRs when the footage needs to stay on site. OwlView is the night line: an F1.0 lens and a 1/1.8-inch sensor, with Wise-ISP, so the picture stays in color without flooding the yard with light. Ring cameras where that is the right fit. Alarm.com cameras on the same account as the alarm. Qolsys IQ panels for the security system, with the sensors and the communicator. A video door station in the same system, so the porch is not a separate app. Service includes sensor enrollment, a panel swap, and communicators that failed after a storm.

The network under the gear

Automation fails when the Wi-Fi does. We design the closet, the switching, and coverage for the whole house before the keypads go on the wall — including point-to-point links when the property needs them.

Service after the install

Programming changes, a keypad that stopped responding, a communicator after lightning, a driver that will not migrate. If the system is already in the house, that is still the job.
